Acceptable Quality Standard

Unboxing Inspection Instructions

  • Please open the product packaging within 7 days of receipt and record an unboxing video.
  • Before building the keyboard, please carefully inspect the appearance for any defects or scratches.
  • Ensure all parts you received are inside the packaging box and are not damaged or missing.
  • If you discover any defects, scratches, or missing parts during the unboxing inspection, please take photos immediately and contact us. We will assist you promptly to address the issue.
  • Please note that we will not be responsible for any defects or scratches found after the building process has begun.

 

Appearance Quality Standard

  • The surface visible after the keyboard is fully built:

Flaws smaller than 1mm are approved. A maximum of three flaws per surface is permitted, with a minimum spacing of 5cm between each flaw. The surface does not have machining marks, scratches, or dents. Mirror-finished PVD may exhibit dust points or micro scratches under strong light or specific angles, which are unavoidable.

  • The interior surface of the case:

Minor machining marks are permissible. There should be no obvious dents or scratches on the interior. During the coloring of the case, slight hook marks may appear in the areas where internal hooks are colored. This is unavoidable.

  • The structural surface of the product:

Except for the case itself, all parts without severe dents or defects will not be replaced unless their functionality is compromised as a result.

  • Color differences

Due to the anodizing process, slight color variation between the top and bottom cases is a normal occurrence.

 

Accessory Quality Standard

  • Any parts damaged due to human error are not covered by the warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered under warranty.
  • Our warranty covers the PCB for one year from the date of delivery or in the event of being dead on arrival, provided there have been no modifications.
  • Physical damages to the PCB resulting from user mishandling or modification, including improper soldering, tape modding, Mill-maxing, hot-swap sockets being pushed out, and improper insertion or removal, are not covered under warranty.

Others

  • Warranty is applicable only to the initial owner who purchased from our website or our authorized vendors, and is able to provide the order number and proof of purchase.
  • Gift items are not covered by the warranty, and we do not provide replacements or issue partial refunds if those items are missing.
