Order Cancellations

Group Buy or Pre-order:

You may modify or cancel your order before the group buy or pre-order period ends. Once the group buy or pre-order period concludes, changes, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted.

In-stock items:

You can cancel your order before it is shipped or produced. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Note: All refunds are subject to a 4.5% processing fee to cover non-refundable expenses,  such as PayPal transaction fees.

 

Refund or Returns (if applicable)

For orders outside of group buys or pre-orders, you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Please note that all refunds are subject to a 4.5% processing fee to cover non-refundable expenses, such as PayPal transaction fees.

For returns due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Before returning the product, please contact our customer service at support@hiexakey.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Receipt or proof of purchase
  • Reason for return

This will help us facilitate the return process efficiently.

In any circumstance, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Ignoring courier inquiries
  • Refusal to sign for the package
  • Refusal to pay import duties and/or taxes
  • Refusal to clear customs

 

Delivery Inspection Reminder

Please inspect the items you receive promptly and report any items that arrive dead on arrival, damaged, lost, or incorrect within 72 hours. Claims beyond this period cannot be processed.

To safeguard your interests, please ensure timely submission of photos and relevant details of the problematic items to our customer service team, enabling us to expedite your claim processing.
